A quick look at Fly Flats, but with no scope and not prepared to leave my car unattended, I did not hold out much hope of seeing much from the road.
The wind was strong and right in your face - unpleasant.
It has a strange wild beauty, Fly Flats, it's a bit like going abroad!
I had a good scan from the road but did not see much. The water has receded, making the shore line more distant.
After a quick look I headed along the road a bit.
