A couple of hours (16:30 - 18:15) spent going down to Oats Royd
via Holdsworth and back.
Cloudy, breezy with just a drop of juice!
The pr. Canada Goose by the pond at
Bradshaw Park have had some real success with 6 healthy Gosling in tow.
The Canada's nest at Oats Royd is empty
with no sign of any offspring.
Just the usual birds about , 6 or so
Swallow, skirting the grass tops.
A couple of Swift zooming through on the strong breeze.
A Wren with a nest in a wall.
Moorhen, Rook, Willow Warbler, Chiffchaff
& Pheasant with a few also rans.
A large corvid over , a Carrion Crow, most
prob.
