A
leaden sky and very strong winds for the Car Ferry journey from
Lymington
to Yarmouth (IOW) today.
It
was difficult to stand up on deck to take photos - due to the gale - not
the alcohol.
We
were accompanied by Terns, not many and only one or two seen diving there
were common Tern but the pictures of the other Terns aint great so I cannot say
if there was any other sp.
After
we arrived in St. Helens we had a short walk along the coastal path
in glorious sunshine!!
In
the evening I took a 30 min stroll down to the Duver an interesting salt
marsh type area.
A
great day, with completely different weather to the horrible forecast we had
seen before we left home
