Rain
for the first time this hol. today.
A
look around Alnwick and back to Amble for an Ice Cream.
The
small Coquet Island can be seen from the pier at Amble.
One
of only a few breeding grounds for Roseate Tern in England
apparently.
I
did get some distant photos of Terns in flight, but I cannot ID them
with any confidence.
I don't believe I've got a Roseate Tern in them, but I shall give the photos a good looking at again.
Usual
birds seen today.
A
seal pub was on the shore looking fore lone.
The
RSPCA had been called to come and look at it.
