Skipton in the rain.

Escaping from the Bradshaw mist and drizzle we had a shopping trip to Skipton. We managed a quick stroll on the canal with the following rewards:-

Grey Wagtail: Mistle Thrush: Curlew: Greenfinch: Goldfinch: Robin: Plenty Dunnock: Moorhen: Canada Goose: Plenty Starling: Pr Mute Swan – one on eggs: Song Thrush: BHG: House Sparrow and others.


I also a picked up a small rucksack (just holds bins & camera) at a bargain price of £5.99. You can’t beat Mountain Warehouse some days.

    Was a shame when Mountain Warehouse moved from the Woolshops, Halifax, always some good gear at reasonable prices.
