Reservoir Check.

I thought I’d take a run around the reservoirs this aft. because Sue has mentioned decorating Emma’s room at White windows later in the week.

It was a cold, cold day with a very cold breeze, especially at Leeshaw & Leeming.

Leeshaw 12:35.

2 Lapwing, Kestrel, Usual small gulls and Mallards, Pheasant.

Lower Laithe

Small gulls in large numbers, Mallard.

Ponden 13:30

2 Muscovy Duck, a few BHG, Mallard, Robin, 2 Moorhen, Pheasant, Jay, Chaffinch, Goldfinch, Greenfinch, Jackdaw, LTT. Blackbirds galore.

Leeming 14:30

Pr. Goosander, small gulls in large numbers, Chaffinch, Blue Tit, Coal Tit, Goldfinch, Blackbird, c12 Redwing, Pheasant, 2 Mistle Thrush.

Greenfinch, Grey Heron.

Leeshaw:

This bird stood out from the rest but it's a BHG

Lower Laithe - Gulls:

Ponden:

A far off duck - most prob a Mallard.

Leeming:

Lots of mud to contend with today.
