Jay House Lane Area

With the Bradshaw fields still frozen, we decided to have a walk around the Jay House Lane area.

Nice to see Dave, Graham & Steve there with some advice on where to seek out LSW.

Thanks for pointing out the Curlew – I’d have never spotted it!

Birds:-

Curlew, Golden Plover, Lapwing, Redwing, Fieldfare, Tree Sparrow, Stock Dove, Starling, Woodpigeon, LTT, Blue Tit, Great Tit, House Sparrow,  Jackdaw, Jay, and others.

I had a quick view from the river bridge just before we met some friends for a great 3 course meal at the Golden Hind. 
Best fish in Yorkshire!

Going to play pool with neighbour John now and not bothered if I loose after a great day.
