Ogden.
11:30 - 12:30
A cold foggy morning with the fog reluctant to shift I waited ‘till 11:30 before venturing out for a quick drive over to Ogden.
A temperature of 1° greeted me on arrival and it had rose to a hot
balmy 2° when I left.
6 or so Geese flew over, honking, while I was mid boot change – I did
not see what they were.
The water was very calm with just 3 Canada Geese, 40 Small Gulls
and the usual Mallard knocking about.
There was no sign of yesterdays Oystercatcher but I didn’t think
it would hang about.
There were 6 or so Robin, a few Blackbird and 3 or 4 flighty Goldcest
seen going around the circuit.
The ‘highlight’ of a very mundane outing was that of a
Treecreeper.
On the way home, Soil Hill was bathed in the foggy stuff so I gave
it a miss today.
