A busy day with Abigail and Emma with just a couple of hours birding squeezed in.

A short lunch time stroll along the canal by the basin area.

Great Spotted Woodpecker heard calling,
Sparrowhawk high over > E.
Song Thrush and a Robin was all that I could come up with.
Soil Hill.

Another late trip up to Soil Hill and back this evening.
Not a lot about!
3 Linnet, 6 Swallow, Pheasant, Skylark, Meadow Pipit, Lapwing,.
Kestrel way over Ogden.
Pr. Oystercatcher, 3 Lesser Black-backed Gulls over.
Whitethroat.
