Another hike, another interesting Raptor

A beautiful warm sunny day today.
We took Sue's dad Ken out to Ilkley for lunch today.
I did not get any birding time at Ilkley alas, but managed a good hike this afternoon.

No Swifts yet.

Birds:- 

8 Swallow, Redshank, Meadow Pipit, Pr. Canada Goose.

Pr Wheatear, Red Grouse,4 Curlew.

2 Singing Whitethroat, Little Owl, Pied Wagtail.

and .... a Long Eared Owl.
