A very late outing today, around my local area.
Another beautiful evening, still in the 20's on Soil Hill after 8pm.
Birds:-
Much as expected.
4 Skylark - one having a dust bath on Ned Hill Track.
2 Oystercatcher.
6 or so Meadow Pipit.
Grey Partridge flushed from the side of Taylor Lane!
Little Owl.
Kestrel.
A very, very distant Heron > E.
The Heron 'soared and circled' for a time - something I don't remember seeing before.
(But it was definitely a Heron).
Curlew?
