Bradshaw Area

A short outing this afternoon, along the Bradshaw Farm Track to Ned Hill bottom and back via Ingham Lane.

A really dull, damp misty afternoon with little light.

Birds:-

6 Mistle Thrush by Eastview Farm.
c120 small Gulls in the farm fields - mostly Common Gulls as far as I could tell in the gloom.

Wren and a few Goldfinch and a few Small Gulls in the park with 3 Herring Gulls hereabouts.


Sowerby Bridge:

We had to take Emma for a blood test, to Dewsbury hospital this morning - a long do.

On our return to White Windows at Sowerby Bridge, I managed to spot a Great Spotted Woodpecker in the White Windows grounds.
