A local birding outing this morning.
Windy and cool to start, warm and sunny to finish.
Lots of hayfields cut but few baled yet.
Not much happening.

Heron.
2 Jay - one mobbing a Carrion Crow.
Kestrel, House Sparrows, Greenfinch.
Pied Wagtail, Little Owl, Woodpigeon.
Juv. Magpie, Juv. Robins.


Later - sat in the garden, some noisy distant large Lesser Black-backed Gulls had me rush for the camera.

One Gull was mobbing an Angular Raptor (?).

Later Still - typing this - a calling Buzzard - turned into Pr. Buzzard over the house.
