Another soaking this afternoon with very heavy rain showers but a few more birds than this morning.
5 Cormorant, 2 Jay, Great Crested Grebe.
2 Black Headed Gull, 3 Lesser Black-backed Gull.
Dipper, Bullfinch.
Mallard, Juv. Robins about.
A damp tramp up to Back Lane paid off when a Green Woodpecker left the bridleway wall with a call.
Lots of very damp looking Woodpigeon and a few other bits and pieces - no Common Scoter though.
When I took a photo of the Dipper perched low by the stream, the camera (on Auto) though it was a night shot.
