Another scorcher, mostly spent in the garden on the last day of May.
I did have an evening stroll up to Ned Hill Track but I didn't stay long - it was still roasty toasty at 19:30.
A large Raptor, very distant, probably a Buzzard,3 Lapwing and some Lesser Black-backed Gulls were seen from the garden.
The usual culprits were seen later on - 2 Swift, Swallow, Skylark, Meadow Pipit, Whitethroat, Pheasant.
The exception being a Song Thrush - unusual bird for Ned Hill Track, with a rather splendid 'Rufus Tail'.
A Little Owl was back along Taylor Lane - have not seen one in a while.
A couple of Stock Doves overhead and 2 in the Bradshaw Fields.
