Soil Hill - Mostly

A short garden watch, last evening, and I could hear Mistle Thrush calling from the large tree opposite the house.
I eyeballed a couple of Juv. Mistle Thrush in the tree then 3 Mistle Thrush flew out, then anther 4 then some more in two's and three's - 16 (sixteen) in total plus one adult bird still in the tree - amazing.

Soil Hill Area.

Morning.

I had a 30 min look for DJB's Juv. Common Redstart on the copse by Laverock Hall Farm, just south of the main soil hill entrance track.
Just Robin, Coal Tit, Chaffinch and Magpie here.

I spent the afternoon in the garden today.

Late Evening:

I had a visit to Soil Hill late evening.

Sedge Warbler very flighty.

Meadow Pipit
Oystercatcher - distant in the bottom fields.
Lapwing flock spooked by something.

Lesser Black-backed Gulls over regularly.

No Reeling heard!!
