Soil Hill (am) Local Fields (pm)

Soil Hill:

 A walk up to Soil Hill late morning, great to bump into DJB along Taylor Lane, on his way back down from the hill.

A couple of hours birding up there but nothing much new today.

Birds:

Stonechat, Reed Bunting, Meadow Pipit.

14 Magpies.

c75 mostly, Small Gulls in the lower shay fields.

c60 mostly Common Gull in fields looking west to stables.

Mistle Thrush, Great Spotted Woodpecker over Bradshaw Lane on my way home.

and a few others.

Local Fields:

A late afternoon stroll up the local fields, late afternoon.

Dark when I got home.

Birds:-

Stonechat, Little Owl.

Pr. Red Legged Partridge, Pheasant.

Mistle Thrush and a few others.
