A glorious sunny afternoon but I did not have much birding time today.
I just managed an hour and a half circular walk near home.
Birds:-
2 Little Owl were back in their 'rightful place' seen from the field path to Ned Hill Lane.
2 Goldcrest were in the conifers by East Croft Farm.
Also along here a singing Linnet - my 1st in 2021, a nice sign of spring.
Leaving the farms 3 Stock Doves, c60 Woodpigeon, 1 Common Gull and 1 Herring Gull were of note on the final 'leg'.
(A few Crows and 2 Lambs on the Raggalds Flood - The water most probably gone by tomorrow).
