Abi's 'Christmas Day' with us today.
Lots of snow this morning - a digging job - so we could "zoom off" - (NOT) to Heckmondwike to pick up Abi to see here mum at White Windows.
The snow plough and gritters had done a good job on Bradshaw Lane.
No snow at Heckmondwike though, and a gradual thaw meant that the early morning jaunt was not as bad as expected given the view, earlier, from our bedroom window.
Birds seen were limited to just Gulls- mostly Black Headed Gulls with a few Common Gulls all perched on the street lights as we approached Kings Cross.
It was good to see that the mealworms that I'd put out this morning had been gobbled up when we got back home.
Thick fog this afternoon, so it was uno instead of a sky watch.
