I had a walk around Ogden Water this afternoon coming home via the Crabtree Hall Farm tracks.
Ogden Water was very, very quiet with the farm tracks saving the day (a bit).
The very heavy drizzle had abated a bit after I'd done a circuit of the water and dried out with a coffee and Twix in the cafe.
Birds:-
C30 Small (mostly) Black Headed Gull.
1 Canada Goose!
1 Blackbird.
Buzzard disturbed (sheltering I think) - seen soon along the farm track.
2 Stock Dove.
Kestrel.
Pheasant flushed by my boot end!
My heart went "boom, boom, boom" Solsbury Hill - like.....
