Raggalds Flood / Ogden - ok - own up, who shot all the birds then?

I called at Raggalds Flood ,twice , on my travels today.

One mid-morning and one mid-afternoon.

Still loads of water here and some muddy looking edges gives hope that a "scarce" (they are all scarce here!) Duck might pay a visit.

Today my first visit , brought nowt,  and on my second visit just 2 Canada Geese.

I had a run over to Ogden after lunch and , in the visitors centre, I enjoyed a coffee, kit-kat and a natter with the 2 lady volunteers plus a guy from Scotland who struggled with my accent (or was it t'other way round? nae bother anyway).

There was scant enjoyment on my birding walk , around the drink,  alas.

Light rain on a strong warm wind for company and just a small camera to keep dry.

The good part was that the camera could keep dry under its cap because there was not much to photograph.

Birds:-

Mallard.

1 Common Gull.

(or at least I think it is one - way out in the middle and the photo at the distance is pooooor)

1 F. Goosander.

That's your lot,  my pen has just run out of i

Riddle -- or whatever..

What have these in common?

9 X 17=

3 X 12=

3 X 18=

15 X 12=

There is probably more than one answer to this ....  but the answer  i thought up is the right one.

So concentrate on that one please.
