More Poor Visibility

After some Aldi shopping this a.m. we took Emma to Craggies cafe for a snack mid-afternoon.

It was drizzling for most of the time with low cloud / misty stuff.

We took ' the long way round' to get Emma back to White Windows with a passing glance at Blackshaw Head reservoir from the car.

We did stop at Ringstone Reservoir but it was pretty wet!

(Abi is 14 years old this week! Now where did I put those 14 years? They must be here somewhere!).

Birds:-

I stood outside our house this a.m. for 20 minutes or so hoping that DF's  great find of 8 Egrets, that had just left Ringstone (NE),  might appear in my airspace but no joy.

Some photos have been 'enhanced' a bit because of the poor light.

5 Mallard.

2 Great Crested Grebe.

2 Teal.

Many 'lifers' obviously hidden by the mist - otherwise why would I come all the way here!

Two Peregrine Falcon was seen as we passed through Halifax.
