I had a short-ish meander up Bradshaw Lane to cross Soil Hill summit - back the same way. (No north slope today).
A dull and very calm sort of day with very little moving.
On the summit the sky went as 'black as sin' so I decided against going down the north slope and (with aplomb - not!) put my waterproof trousers on - that got rid of the dark clouds and in 5 minutes the sun popped out,it had a peep, and popped back in again.
Later I sat in the garden looking at the dark clouds come and go and again very little was moving in the sky.
I'm struggling to find anything new locally at the moment.
The fly tipping continues,..
There was a fridge at the end of Ned Hill Track for a few days and that has been joined by a very nice smashed vitreous china toilet.
Maybe a bath will join the gang - probably on bath "night" or it may arrive "be day" ho ho ho.
