11:30-12:30
A biting wind and dull conditions lead to a quick
survey of the Park Road area.
Nothing exciting stirring to-day.
Blackbird, 4 Woodpigeon, Blue & Great Tit,
Chaffinch, Robin, omnipresent Magpie.
A GSW was in a tree at the top of the park and another
flew across the park later on.
A Song Thrush was singing at the top of the park
and one was singing in a tree by the flooded track.
Pr. Dunnock, Goldfinch, 3 Starlings and a squirrel
with a huge bundle of moss.
The trees near the pylon and the pylon itself were
bereft of Starling or Redwing. Perhaps the Redwing is homeward bound?
I was glad to get back to the play gym – the kiddies
slide there is great.
