A dull damp cool morning brought a hike to Stephen
Smith’s garden centre and a well earned bacon sarnie.
Bit disappointed with the bird life but we did not
have time to dawdle and only the small camera with me today.

Not a bad report John, you must have been saving up to afford a bacon banjo at Stephen Smiths.
ReplyDelete£3.99 Brian, but you do get a bit of rabbit jock as well.
ReplyDeleteAfter the hike I guess I'd have paid a fiver!
A fair distance you covered their John, I bet you enjoyed the sarnie & the well earned rest.Well done with the Dipper always a good chance of seeing one at Hallas Bridge.
ReplyDeleteHi Danny,
ReplyDeleteIt was about 8 miles with many an up and down
I always enjoy Stephen Smith's they give you extra hot water with the tea and I'm normally very thirsty when I get there.
