Ogden water quiet this evening.
A Heron flew over > NE.
A couple of Cormorants, a fishing adult GCG, a
Juv. GCG and 2 Tufed Duck were seen on the water.
Also a new arrival of a white duck – don’t know
the sp. (Aylesbury / Indian Runner?).
Also about a scrawny young Heron on the water’s
edge and Green Woodpecker calling near
the North End.
(Later on a scumbag would come out to play leaving
me over £100 out of pocket for a new window in my Jalopy.)
Swalesmoor.
Earlier in the day a quick circular walk on Hag
Lane behind the Ski Slope at Swalesmoor revealed c30 Goldfinch, c50 Startling,
8 Mistle Thrush and a Kestrel.
The white duck is probably and Aylesbury domestic type, I've seen it on the far bottom pond of Soilage also.

Shame a good days birding was spoilt by a brain dead nomark.
