Naburn – York

We had a change from the Pennines weather with a visit to York Macarthur Glen Shopping Outlet.

We also managed a stroll on the cycle path through the lovely little village of Naburn.
This village boasts a marina where , of course, we used to moor our Yacht.

However  with the .. Yah.. recession, the  .. Yah ..Yah.. Greek  Euro fiasco, Yah.. and our hiking commitments Yah ... Yah.. and of COURSE birding well … Yah.. I’ve , actual, had to Yah.. kick the Yah  ..Yah.. Yah..  yacht thing into touch –
it’s unbelievable ,I know but its true, Yah Yah Yah.

Nice to see Swift, Swallow & House Martin feeding over the river with swallow making a nest in one of the Marina buildings.
Also I got a good view of a very lively Stoat and both M/F Blackcap and a Whitethroat , a Buzzard among others.

A few photies.
