It was a breezy but mostly dry day, with a short
rainy interlude today and I had a run around the local reservoirs.
I had a scan along Taylor Lane on Cuckoo watch but
no joy.

Lots of smaller birds in the trees near the south

I was hoping for Siskin but I could not find one.
It’s amazing how 20 plus small birds can enter a
nearby bush and completely disappear into the foliage.
A couple of deer seen along the way as well.
