A late trip to
Soil Hill this evening hoping something juicy might turn up after the deluge
this afternoon.
It wasn't to be
though.
Usual stuff seen
about.
2 Meadow Pipit,
Skylark, 5 Pheasant,Possible Grey Partridge,Pr Mallard.
Some distance
black dots on the lower NK pond - Moorhen with 2 chicks I think.
c60 Gulls in the
fields.
c14 Linnet and a
Willow Warbler on Ned Hill Track.
A few Swallow,
lots of Woodpigeon and a Little Owl calling, as I went home at dusk on Taylor
Lane.
Baz herding his 3
White Geese up the field to safety for the night.
