Bradshaw - Taylor Lane - Soil Hill

16:15 - 17:50

Another late outing on another dull evening.
Not as dull or as windy as yesterday evening and a bit of brightness did nudge it's way in for a short while.
Very poor light for the photos though.

Birds:-

On Taylor Lane a bird flew past my nose and vanished.
Meadow Pipit I thought.
I soon caught up with it, on  a wire fence though - a Stonechat, a rare bird indeed for me this year.

On the return leg there were 2 Stonechats here!
A Dunnock was in there as well.

A walk on the hill flushed a Snipe - another good bird for me to see.

Other than that, just Pheasant, Woodpigeon , a few Gulls passing by and 4 Kestrel and a few Meadow Pipit.

I had an enjoyable chat with Dan B's mum as I passed their house.

An enjoyable outing.
