Warwick Area

We had a visit to make to the Birmingham area this week and stayed nearby at Warwick for a few days.
Poor weather plagued us from Tuesday onwards, but a pleasant enough trip.
Not much time for birding.
The best birds were found on a walk along the canal at Hatton Locks on a sunny Monday.

After taking most of the photos, on Monday,I noticed I had the camera on the wrong settings - which was a shame, because I thought I'd got some cracking Buzzard shots.

Birds:-

4 or so Buzzard, Raven, Fieldfare, Redwing, Mistle Thrush, Pied Wagtail, Grey Wagtail, Herring Gull.
Pr. Great Spotted Woodpecker.

(Good to see B.S. picking out a Kittiwake during the week).

A few pics.

Long Tailed Tit with nesting material

Some of the 21 Hatton Locks

Lots of Corvids with the Buzzard(s)
The Buzzard didn't seem to mind.
