14:00 - 15:30 (ish).
Another blustery outing, cool but dry.
The usual walk up the footpath south of Denholme Velvets and across to Back Lane plantation area.
A bit disappointing though with the strong breeze not helping.
Lots of Swallows about with some still entering the stables.
A Raven called and was spotted miles off over towards Fly Flats area.
A group of Coal Tits were flitting about, high in the Ogden plantation conifers.
3 Pheasant and a few Meadow Pipit.
A Reed Bunting on the telephone wires, in silhouette.
Many Goldfinch on the Thistle heads.
c30 Lesser Black-backed Gull, all >S throughout.
A Reed Bunting, in flight, was a nice way to finish the outing.
