Thursday 3rd - A bit better weather

A bright but cool day today with a few early showers giving way to some sunny intervals.
Birds seen today were very distant over the Oats Royd conifers.
I used the scope quite a bit this afternoon.
c60 Corvids up in the air at one point.
The corvids are always worth looking at because as soon as a Raptor appears some of the Corvids will start to harass the bird.
The Buzzards seem to take it in their 'stride' and the Sparrowhawk are far too agile, if they put their mind to it, to be too upset by the Corvids.

The usual exercise walk was a bit disappointing, quite cool and windy, with just a couple of Meadow Pipit along Taylor Lane and a 'light coloured' Wagtail, distant on Raggalds Flood.

Birds:-

2 Sparrowhawk.
3 Raven.
3 Buzzard.
c60 Corvids in the air at one point.

A few large Gulls, high and graceful, hardly moving their wings as they glide along.

The Sparrowhawk has moved my garden list to 36.

Managed 12 points on Radio II Popmaster this morning.
