After this mornings wet outing at Foreside Lane, I had better luck with the weather this afternoon.
A walk along the fields to and up Ned Hill Rd, along Perseverance Rd and down Taylor Lane to home.
The climb up Ned Hill Lane was a bit tough given the very warm humid conditions, especially in waterproof over trousers!
Birds:-
Kestrel, 6 Swallow, c30 Meadow Pipit.
A large flock of c60 Mistle Thrush and Starling, flew over Percy Rd from Soil Hill, there looked to contain more Mistle Thrush, perhaps as many as 40.
2 Collard Dove.
2 Herring Gull.
Good numbers of Gulls in various fields.
One of the Bradshaw fields having c90 Gulls.
Good numbers of Common Gulls in among the Black Headed and the odd Lesser Black-backed Gull.
Sparrowhawk seen while I was getting me boots off outside home.
