Ringstone Reservoir

A short stroll near Ringstone Reservoir this afternoon.

It was very windy again today but dry during our short stay here.

I did not find a much of note, really, here today.

A Pipit flushed from the NE side of the reservoir, but I could not re-find it.

A Pied wagtail called overhead and there were just a few Long Tailed Tits in the bushes.

c260 Canada Geese and lots of Small Gulls in the North field with a few small Gulls on the water.

c40 Lapwing and a sizable flock of Starlings with the Geese.

A M. Goosander was glimpse as we passed over Sowerby Bridge, bridge, on our way here.

A Lesser Black-backed Gull was on a lamp post nr. Morrison Petrol Station -  usual?

Beats sitting watch TV.
