Soil Hill - Bradshaw etc

Mistle Thrush singing, heard from the garden this morning.

A much improved day, weather-wise today, dry with some early sunshine, it turned cloudy by afternoon.

The usual outing mid-afternoon, Taylor Lane, Soil Hill contour path, Ned Hill Lane, Farm bridleway and field path to home.

Birds:-

2 Raven were on the Soil Hill comms. mast.

4 Meadow Pipit flushed, and bobbed about calling, from  the north side.

Nothing on the NK pond.

A few Gulls very distant in the lower north fields.

Pied Wagtail seen from the  end of Ned Hill Track.

Looking west from Ned Hill Track/ Lane good numbers of Gulls in the fields,

Along the bridleway, walking east from Ned Hill Lane, a couple of Chaffinch - a rare bird here about.

2 Partridge species, flushed at distance, and despite a good long look, later, in the general area I could relocate them.

Gulls in the lower fields here, also and a candidate for Yellow Legged Gull - but the photo at this distance isn't good enough to be sure.

A lone Stock Dove with the Gulls.

A Little Owl that flushed further along was kind enough to sit up on a wall for a bit to allow a photo.

and a few other species.

Possible snow for tomorrow - then some dry stuff for a few days.

2 Herring Gulls - Has the one on the left got yellow Legs?
Probably not!!

Unfortunately I only have one other photo and it is of the Right Hand Bird.
