Bradshaw - Ned Hill Top etc (Wheatears in a Gale)

A local birding walk again today, this time in a gale.

I went along the fields to Ned Hill, up Ned Hill, along Percy Rd, down Taylor Lane and Bradshaw Lane.

Not much point struggling over Soil Hill today in this wind so I gave it a miss.

Birds:-

Little Owl.

Great to see 3 distant Wheatear in the Bradshaw fields, nearly a month earlier than my last year sighting!

3 Stock Dove overhead.

2 Little Owl huddled together, seen from Bradshaw Lane when I was nearly home.

Kestrel.

A drop of water but nothing on Raggalds Flood as we passed earlier this morning.

Heron.
