The usual walk this evening - good to chat with DSB doing the rounds.
No sign of the Black Redstart along Ned Hill Track though.
2 Male Ring Ouzels were seen along the Bradshaw Farm Track.
A possible Female R.O. disappeared in to trees, not to be relocated.
1 Little Owl here and one along Taylor Lane.
Too late for me to venture onto Soil Hill today.
A nice evening for a stroll with the dry weather good for walking but giving mostly quiet skies, unless the migrant birds are so high into the blue that I cannot see them in the bins!
Soon be time for the Swifts to appear - 3rd May last year when I got my first one. I wonder if I can nab an April bird this year?
