Ogden to Bradshaw

Good to meet up with Steve D. and accompany him while he checked out the Tawny Owl box this afternoon.

Later I did a circuit of the water before walking home via Syke Lane and the farms.

I was very fortunate to miss nearly all of the showers.

Birds:-

Very windy especially away from Ogden Water.

Quiet again today

Two Lesser Black-backed Gull.

Mallards one with Ducklings.

2 Blackcap.

Great Spotted Woodpecker.

Nuthatch.

2 pairs of Tufted Duck.

2 Canada Geese.

Song Thrush.

Kestrel.

Evidence of a Sparrowhawk ? Along the farm track - don't know the victim's name though.
