Another cold , late evening outing yesterday up the local fields.
A fox was seen at distance, a Curlew and a few Meadow Pipits was about all.
Ogden to Bradshaw.
Sue dropped me at Ogden , in the rain, this afternoon, with a shake of her head.
A very wet outing but I was hoping something special might have dropped in.
It was really quiet as it turned out.
A Jay was on the fat ball feeder.
2 Lesser Black-backed Gulls with the Mallards.
Lots of shoreline.
A Redshank called twice but after an extensive search of the shoreline, around the circuit, I failed to locate it.
One of those days.
The walk home was unpleasant and a case of head and toerag down as the rain came a pelting, wishing I'd come in my car and driven home,
