A shortish walk this afternoon down the fields to Holdsworth and back.
A very windy outing keeping the birds in shelter.
Just a drop of rain so it was quiet enjoyable, although I had my winter woollies on thinking it would be cold, and it was far from cold.
Birds:-
2 Jay, 4 Mistle Thrush.
3 Meadow Pipit, Chaffinch, Goldfinch.
Wren and a family of c5 Long Tailed Tit.
A few Gulls lazing on the factory roof at Holdsworth and a few elsewhere along the way.
Lots of dogs about today... now where did I put me boot brush?
Nearest I got ot an Owl today.
