Local Fields and Garden Sky Watch

Just  a very short birding outing this afternoon, along the local fields - not a lot happening.

Later did some sky watching and I spotted quite a few good birds.

When say  I ....

well I'm slightly exaggerating .

A 'neighbour' gate crashed my perch and immediately started showing off , spotting a Male Peregrine within 3 minutes of arriving!

AS  IF!

Seriously though , we enjoyed a beer or  two and some great chatter.

A really enjoyable couple of hours flew by, chatting about birds mostly.

Birds::-

Local Fields; 3 Mistle Thrush, 1 Starling, Woodpigeon and Jackdaw.

15 Common Gull over.

A Raptor low mobbed by Gulls was lost , as soon as found, in  the bins.

A Little Owl called from distance but remained unseen.

Garden: Peregrine Falcon, 13 Mistle Thrush, Pied Wagtail,

Stock Dove, Blue Tit, Robin, Starling.

Lesser Black-backed Gull.

and a few other no doubt.
