A visit to White Windows this morning where a Great Spotted Woodpecker called and was 'spotted' at the top of a Conifer tree.
Also here were 2 calling Chiffchaff.
I just managed a short walk up the local fields, late afternoon followed by half an hours' garden watch.
The local field walk revealed a couple of Meadow Pipit ,Little Owl, 3 Red Legged Partridge and 7 Mistle Thrush and a Fox.
The garden sky was pretty quiet with the odd Gull kicking about.
