A drive down to Coley church this morning for a pleasant stroll down the good track to Priestly Green and a bit further towards the A58 road.
I enjoyed a nice chat with Queensbury birder Ian B. who stopped in his van.
A breezy but brighter outing here today.
Birds:-
A few Long Tailed Tit.
6 Redwing.
2 Buzzard (1 airborne over Norwood Green and 1 in a tree).
Nuthatch.
Bullfinch.
Pied Wagtail.
Common Gull.
Herring Gull.
Black Headed Gull.
Local:
I had a walk up Taylor Lane and around past the Raggalds this aft. - don't know why though - a really strong wind meant the walk was deads-ville.
It was good to chat with Rob a local-ish birder who stopped his car to say hello.
No Little Owl for me today Rob!!
