Ogden to Bradshaw

Sue dropped me at Ogden after our lunch at Hatties's cafe, Harden, so I could enjoy a few hours birding.

A dull, mild, breezy outing - not bad for mid-February ,given the weather forecast for the rest of the week.

It was good to have a quick chat with CS at Ogden who was just leaving.

(mega quiet around the water).

Birds:-

C20 Small Gulls on the drink.

Kestrel.

Goldcrest.

Treecreeper.

Great Spotted Woodpecker.

A Raven overhead, seen through the trees.

A small flock of  Goldfinch in the car park trees.

Back lane fields had 2 running Red Legged Partridge.

Also here a singing Mistle Thrush.

6 Stock Doves.

1 Greenfinch.
