Shibden Park & Cunnery Woods a.m. Local Fields p.m.

A run down to Shibden Park this morning where the breeze was a bit less fierce than at home.

A bright-ish day with some sunshine as the clouds flitted through.

I enjoyed a walk around the boating lake where I saw the usual species.

A walk  through the nearby woodland was a very quiet do, so I had a walk up past "the old house" and past the top car park into Cunnery Woods.

There were good views east from the hilltop but nothing of note in the sky.

I stopped, for a short while , by the feeders near the small pond and then did a complete circuit of the woods here.

A very pleasant place to saunter about.

Here again it was very quiet with just the usual birds about.

A couple of hours, late afternoon, along the local fields was a cold blustery affair with bits of light drizzle - but not too bad really.

Birds:-
