Not much happening today except for the wind!
Bright early on but a poor afternoon with drizzle blown along on a very strong wind.
I had a short sky watch from the garden this morning.
A large (possible) Raptor was way off, very high, and getting higher as it circled > NNE disappearing into the clouds.
I just managed a mega distant photo, that, with a huge crop does not aid identification.
Could just be a Gull (or a Goshawk of course).
Thanks to AH and PD for their interest - shame about the photo, but always worth a try.
An exercise walk along the Thornton cycle track had many, many dogs and dog walkers - this seems to be the norm for a Sunday outing.
Anyway the walkers give the café along here plenty of trade.
Just a few Common Gulls and Herring Gulls seen.
One Gull with a huge wingspan stood out? But the photo at distance is poor.
