Local Outings

A very, very wet morning improved greatly to windy sunshine later on.

I enjoyed a couple of local outings, one up to the Raggalds late morning and the second up the local fields after lunch.

Birds:-

C50 Small Gulls at one point on The Flood.

C70 Small Gulls nearby on the sports field.

C80 Small Gulls feeding in the Bradshaw fields later.

I took lots of photos to look through, but nothing special has popped out.

Majority were Common Gulls.

A nice 'tick' as I neared home with a distant Stonechat that popped up onto a wall and immediately popped down again.

I hung around for a while but it failed to re-appear.

The Little Owl was in residence.

Not much else.
