Bradshaw Fields and Garden Sky Watch

A very sunny day today with clear blue sky and a few fair weather clouds now and again.

It was really pleasant in the sunshine out of the wind but a completely different very cold feel to the weather in this very very strong East / North East wind.

After some sky watching from the garden this morning I had a walk around the local area this afternoon, followed by a bit more sky gazing.

I didn't think I was such a tightwad but it appears that I am - half way through my health check-up blood retrieval, this afternoon, my left arm ran out of blood!

Plenty 'left' in my right  though - or there was!!

Birds:-

A Buzzard over the garden this a.m. followed by 2 further Buzzard sightings this afternoon, could well be the same bird.

6 Swallow sightings (my first Bradshaw Swallow this year).

Lesser Black-backed Gulls were flying over with 2 landing in the horse field for a very short time - 4 over the garden,

(Although 2 looked very, very big???)

Little Owl - in the usual area.

Pheasant, Meadow Pipit.

Not a lot else in this nasty wind.
