Rhodes weather hits Bradshaw

A roaster today becoming quite humid and murky after tea.

We had to visit Brighouse for some shopping this morning and I had a very short walk along the canal and a bit of the river.

The ski lake had a power boat and skier on it.

Too hot for me to sit in the sun early afternoon but it 'cooled' down a tad after tea.

I had a S.L.O.W. meander up the local fields where the birds were having their early evening siesta.

Birds:-

Garden:

7 Mistle Thrush over.

3 Swallow still kicking around.

Canal etc:

7 Cormorant.

4 Moorhen.

2 Grey Wagtail.

Coat Tit.

Robin.

Local Fields:-

1 Little Owl.

2 Stock Dove.

Heron.

Meadow Pipit.

Green Woodpecker(s) called twice from different areas.
